GTC and Menopause

I went to the local natural foods market looking for something to help curb my appetite. Joann—cheerful, helpful, and thin—recommended what she was taking—Kina® Green Tea Complex (GTC). I trusted her and started using GTC daily. I have just finished my first bottle—taking one a day—a three month supply. It turned out to be one of the best investments I could have made.

I am a 55-year-old woman immersed in the problems of menopause—intense hot flashes and awful night sweats. I have tried herbs, vitamins, soy products, etc. with little or no success. As soon as I started taking GTC my symptoms disappeared! In the past three months I have had one or two hot flashes and NO sleep disturbances! I love your product. I first ordered 90 caps, then another 90 and then 4 bottles of 90. I take between 3 and 5 throughout the day, in my bottled water. I have high cholesterol and I don't get my fruits and veggies every day. I'm 35, slightly out of shape, and I have a high stress job as an attorney.

I've been feeling great since I started a few months ago. I'm drinking more water, I have more energy, and I have not gotten a cold yet since I started, even though everyone at work and at home has gotten a cold over the past several months. I drink at least two cups of GTC a day, so the 90 cap bottle is a must. It lasts me well through a month, and it makes me feel so healthy.

I drink one glass of water with GTC everyday. The 30 cap bottle is perfect, when I compare it to a hot cup of green tea at the local cafe. GTC is more nutritious and at about $15 for a 30 cap bottle, it only costs fifty cents a glass! That's a third of the cost of hot tea at the local cafe!
